Hello — We are Priya and Vijai Kalyan. This blog is where we write about building software: side projects, infrastructure decisions, working with AI coding tools, building teams, building products, leading teams and the occasional rabbit hole that takes a lot of time but was totally fun (or not).

Credits

Articles are Markdown files in a git repository, compiled with Eleventy, searched with Pagefind, styled by a shared component theme used across our web properties, and served as static assets on Cloudflare Workers. We use Claude and Codex extensively. Articles, posts, work output etc. definitely uses AI but with a keen editorial eye from both of us.
